Instructor: Janet Anderson
Public space is a defining feature of our quality of life, both in the physical infrastructure that fosters health and prosperity, and in the opportunities provided by social and cultural facilities. This course will tour some of the great spaces that the instructor visited in her 500 miles of walks across America’s old cities. We will discuss how a crisis of confidence in the public sector and collective life is threatening the vitality of these critical spaces now.
